The article deals with conditions and regulatoriesof the origin of ,,green economy”. There is also analyzed issues of various sectors of national economy. He possibilities of implementation of ,,green” introduction of green economy in sustainable economic conditions.

There are given the levels of estimation system of success and possibilities of green economy.
